Instructions on how to Apply

1. Fill in & Prepare your attachments i.e Passport photo, LC1 letter, Payment slip, wayleave forms e.t.c
• Download Wayleave Form
2. With an active Email address or Telephone number, Click Apply Now
3. Choose the application form to Apply. i.e
• Power, Single Phase or Three Phase
• Water, Public Stand Tap or Private Tap
4. Fillin the eform and Attach the required documents
5. Download the filled in form generated by the system, Print, Sign on it and Upload it in the system
6. Submit your information
7. KIS will verify the information and Notify You
