CALL FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR PROVISION OF GOODS, SERVICES, WORKS AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Interested companies are invited to submit their bids for pre-qualification for provision of goods, services, works and consultancy for the period January 2023- December 2024 under the various categories listed in the attachment.

The prequalification information should include, but not limited to; Valid Trading License, Audited Financial Statements for the last two years, Certificates of Incorporation, Company Registration details, Documentary evidence of VAT registration, Most recent Tax Clearance Certificates, profile of current and past contracts, Experience of the firm, Qualifications and experience of key personnel, Company Policy on Sustainability Principles.

Bid form (KIS Bid Form) is readily available at KIS Kampala/Kalangala office at a non-refundable fee of Ugx; 20,000/= (Twenty thousand shillings only).

State the specific category being applied for from the attached list.

Note: Pre-qualification bids clearly indicating the categories of Goods, services, works or consultancy should be delivered in a single bonded document with a KIS Bid form attached to KIS Kampala/Kalangala office not later than 5:00pm on 7th December 2022.
